Freedom.Evening.Better health is not easy. You have built up a lifetime of bad habits. It takes time and it takes effort. You have to do your part. It’s not going to come to you. Of course genetics and your environment play a part in disease and illness that you may be predisposed to, but you can give yourself a good foundation to ensure that your body is at it’s optimum health level.

The question is not whether or not you can do this. You CAN eat better. You CAN exercise. You CAN do this!  The question is WILL you do it? Do you want to be healthier and have more energy? Do you want to lose weight? So ask yourself. Will you do it?

Decide that failure is not an option. That does not mean you will never make a mistake or cheat. It means when you do, you will keep going and try harder the next day. A lot of people think exercise is too hard. They think you have to exercise on a massive level to get results. That is just not true. 20 minutes of exercise can have a huge impact on your health and your energy level.

Exercise doubles the number of your brain cells that will regenerate, increases blood flow and metabolism, lowers blood pressure, improves circulation. Just try it, 20 minutes a day and you will immediately feel a difference in your energy level.

I have sinus problems and immediately my sinus headaches and congestion decreased noticeably.  You will be pleasantly surprised by how the little changes can make big improvements in your life, your health and how you feel.

The Herbalife energy tea is a combination of Black, Orange Pekoe and Green tea.  Drinking Herbalife tea gives you a feeling of energy and according to WebMD, drinking black tea may also lower your risk for

  1. Diabetes
  2. High cholesterol
  3. Kidney stones
  4. Parkinson’s disease

Orange Pekoe and Green Tea also contain powerful antioxidants. The tea like most tea contains caffeine. Caffeine is known for it’s energy increasing benefits.  If you can’t drink caffeine then you don’t want to drink tea that contains caffeine.  Caffeine is also known for it’s natural metabolism boosting benefits.

That does not mean that all you have to do is drink tea to lose weight, but it does mean, with a little effort on your part, by watching your eating habits and exercising, it can help to increase the effects and may lead to more weight loss.

Tea has so many health benefits plus it tastes great. Herbalife tea comes in raspberry, peach, lemon and original flavors. You can drink it hot or cold. It’s also low in calories. It has approximately 5 calories a serving and 1 little gram of carbs.

Exercise-A Way Of Life

Friday, July 12th, 2013

Exercise is key to a healthy lifestyle. There is simply no denying it. No matter how much you may not want to, you should try to get at least a little exercise a day and you can build from there. Something as simple as taking a walk.

Picking up some ankle weights at the store and wearing them while you clean, can make a world of difference. There are too many 5 minute work outs to name but go get one and get started there. The old “take the stairs” instead of the elevator is a good one.
Swimming is an awesome way to get exercise plus it’s easy on the joints so it’s great for people who can’t normally walk, stand or exercise too much.

Is there a lake or park nearby. These are excellent places to walk. They provide not only the opportunity to walk or run, but generally are great places to de-stress and just enjoy the scenery while your at it. The exercise and the scenery can take a load of stress off your shoulders. All in all the point is really to just get moving, even a little at a time will make you feel better and give you more energy.

Herbalife is not just a temporary fix. Sure you can lose weight quickly but if you want to live healthier and have more energy on a constant basis you need to stick with the products. The plans are easy to follow and easy to use.
